SHIPPING
Golden Ruff offers free standard shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $59. Orders under $50 will incur a standard shipping flat fee of $8.

Need your essentials quicker? Select the express shipping option at checkout. Express shipping is $7 for orders over $59, otherwise it’s a flat fee of $12.

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note that due to COVID and limited flights, delivery times may take longer than usual. Golden Ruff does not take responsibility for any shipping delays.

ORDERS
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time you place your order. Golden Ruff does not take any responsibility for orders sent to the incorrect address or that require re-delivery.

Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address. We encourage you to double-check the address before placing the order.

If changes or cancellation is required following order placement, we will do our best to update your order prior to dispatch. Please contact our Customer Care team on contact@goldenruff.com and they will try their best to assist.
Golden Ruff may cancel your order if in the unlikely situation we are unable to fulfil your order. If this is the case, our Customer Care team will be in touch.
